I worked for a heat transfer company for 6 years until 2023 we got a relocation notice from my boss that it will be moving to another town which means I will spend more time on the road.if there is an emergency at school , I won't be able to get back in time. Although I love my job, I had to quit. If you know about Asian families, you know that raising kids and doing housework are often the responsibility of mother, with little help from the father.More than one workmate complained to me about how far the company was from and they all had kids that needed to be picked up, so I had the idea of setting up a company of my own that would have flexible work hours and moms could come to work after dropping their kids off at school , if the child is sick, moms can apply for home office without deducting their salary. Moms will have enough time to go home early, get groomed and then attend the parent meeting decently. We will open a library during the kids summer vacation, and the children can be in Read or play in there, as long as they don't knock the roof off. I want to be a mom friendly company where we are all college educated and should not be stuck at home due to distance and time, no friends, no workmates, no salary.At the same time, I will employ a certain number of temporary workers and pay salary by the hour, so even if they only have a fragment of time, they can participate in work and get paid to help them get through difficult times and regain their confidence.
